Cancellation & Refund Policy – Chillarwar Farm & Resort

At Chillarwar Farm & Resort, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your travel plans. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures a fair balance between guest convenience and our operational commitments.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in – Eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in – Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in – No refund will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Early Departure Policy

Guests checking out earlier than their reserved stay will not be eligible for any partial or full refund.

4. Modification of Bookings

Date change requests must be made at least 7 days before check-in and are subject to room availability.
If the revised booking incurs a higher tariff, the guest must pay the difference before check-in.
Modification requests made within 48 hours of check-in will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Any applicable transaction or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Force Majeure Clause

Chillarwar Farm & Resort is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
In such cases, a credit note may be issued, which can be used for a future booking within six months of the original check-in date, subject to availability.

7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
By proceeding with a booking, the guest agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
