Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay at Chillarwar Farm & Resort, guests agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all.


1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: Between 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out requests must be informed at the reception in advance and are subject to availability. Normal tariff charges apply for extended stays.
  • All guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in. (PAN cards and office IDs are not accepted as per government norms.)
  • Balance payment of the booking amount must be paid at the time of check-in.

2. Swimming Pool Guidelines

  • Timings: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Swimming costumes are compulsory for using the pool.
  • Drinking, smoking, and consuming food are strictly prohibited in the pool deck area.

3. Resort Rules & Guest Conduct

  • Guests must conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or disturbance within the resort premises.
  • Management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate their room or leave the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or if they hamper the resort’s reputation.
  • Maintaining a peaceful atmosphere in the resort premises is essential in the interest of all guests.

4. Visitor Policy

  • Outside visitors are not allowed beyond 10:00 PM.

5. Security & Guest Responsibility

  • The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings anywhere within the resort premises.
  • Guests are advised to deposit valuables and cash with the hotel management against a receipt.
  • Illegal items, including but not limited to banned drugs, weapons, explosives, and poisons, are strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
  • Unauthorized possession of arms & ammunition or any kind of weapon inside hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.

6. Hotel Property & Maintenance

  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or anyone they are responsible for.
  • Guests are requested not to move or handle furniture, fixtures, or accessories themselves. For any adjustments or assistance, the maintenance team will be available.
  • Spitting pan masala or vomiting on the premises will attract a fine of INR 500.

7. Housekeeping & Facilities

  • The kitchen will be closed by 10:00 PM.
  • Room tariff is exclusive of government taxes.
  • The resort provides internet and 24-hour power backup; however, in case of unavoidable reasons or major breakdowns, municipal supply will be relied upon.

8. Fire Safety & Precautions

To prevent fire hazards, guests are requested to:

  • Avoid smoking in bed.
  • Disconnect all electrical appliances after use.
  • Exercise extra caution when using matches, lighters, or candles.

9. House Rules & Fine Policy

  • Damaging hotel property will result in charges to the guest.
  • The property holds the right to vacate the room beyond the checkout time.
  • Late check-outs are partially chargeable and require prior notice to the reception. Approval is subject to availability.

10. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • Guests are requested to comply with all government rules, regulations, and laws during their stay.
  • All guests are required to fill in the GRC (Guest Registration Card) and arrival register and provide a valid ID proof with a signature before accessing their room.
  • Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
